Alyssa co-owns Colby’s alongside her mom, Emily. She earned her degree in hospitality from Northern Michigan University and uses her experience and passion for the industry to help Colby’s continue to grow.
She loves anything caffeinated, but her favorite drink is a Chai Tea, and her favorite menu item is the Tuscan Grilled Cheese.

Driven by a deep passion for hospitality, Tracy brings over 20 years of HR experience and nearly a decade in restaurants to Colby's. Her focus on building strong teams and creating a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every aspect of the cafe.
